@jerthomas - were you able to get your password reset with the above link?
If you had too many failed attempts, wait 15 mins+ than try again.
If still issues contact CSA to help you get back into your account.
If you did somehow activate two accounts with one email then you will need CSA's help to assign a unique email to the 2nd account.

No unfortunately not. You can use an email alias to make it a little easier for pm info to be recieved on one email account but accounts must have separate emails.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

No, PM states one number per account.
