Log in takes me to wrong page

I am an existing customer but when I log in, it takes me to a page to create an acct.  Can someone help me please?

the error message indicates that your EverSafe account not current linked with your My Account.  No worries, easy fix for PM , you just need to engage support by direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
