Trying to activate my new service with PM and transfer my old number. On the last page it says "something went wrong" and to contact support.
I already prepaid the service and have the new SIM card.

Typical, take your money and make you wait business days to sort it out.
If I had known this was how I would be introduced to PM, I would have never switched.
Same issue trying to switch from Fido to PM.

I just encountered the same problem and can't do anything except contact support.
