@karon , am guessing this issue has NOT been solved. Okay, we checked the number. Looks good to us.

 

I am guessing that you just ported over from another provider, which means it's still porting over which can take about three hours. Granted, when I came over from Fido, it was quick as ice, so, am only guessing what the issue is. 

 

If by chance this issue has been resolved, close the post so that we won't post again and bother you again. And if not, please post more information so we can help in way we can!

@karon Can you give us more information? What do you mean "it is not working"? Is your account active? Did you restart your phone? Did you port your number? Can you call and text but no data?
