I was charged twice on my credit card once July 16th and once July17th with $46
so what can I do.
I checked already my public mobile statement but it will not show both charges...

Or you can check your selfserve account and see if the extra charges are sitting in your account, in which case they'll be used to pay for next month's renewal. If you don't see any funds in your account, then message the moderators and they will give you a credit for the overpayment.
Hearing back from them could take 2 to 3 days right now.

Moderators can take anywhere from 2 to 48 hours, depending on how many customers are ahead of you.
