charged for monthly use when I did not ask for automatic payments

I bought a sim card at Christmas just for a month.  Then I went overseas and no further bills came to my email.  Just realized that I have been charged monthly and now cannot get anyone to deal with this.  Any ideas?

@sw64  Everyone that activates online with a credit card automatically is enrolled in auto pay . but you can easily turn it off like this 

Turn  auto pay  OFF/ON  3 easy clicks

Automatic payments get set up automatically when using a credit card to sign up. You would have had to have turned the option off to stop that.

@sw64   PM has updated the My Account system 2 weeks ago.  It could be that the Autopay was triggered by mistake.  Please message support and ask them to investigate further and provide refund if possible:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
