changing e-mail and to an e-sim

Hi!

I got an iphone 17 that requires an esim for ###-###-####.

I purchased it but don't have access to the old e-mail account i signed up with to get the QR code so I can scan it during the iphone set up. Please help!

UPDATE: now the physical SIM on the original phone isnt working and we therefore cannot receive an SMS to log-in to the public mobile app on the new phone.

The original SIM is now not working. I've no idea why so I cannot receive a voice message.

if you cannot receive the 2FA via voice message, you will have to engage PM support for further assistance

Thanks for the quick reply!

I've already purchased the e-sim.

The original SIM is now not working. I've no idea why so I cannot receive a voice message. That's the 1st problem. The e-mail is the 2nd problem.

@Rebecca1234

you can still receive the 2FA code using Voice message.  click Didn't receive code or Resend code, choose Send Voice Message.   Then call yourself from another phone, press # when you hear the voicemail greeting and enter your voicemail pin

and to install the esim on the new phone , download the app on your new phone and login.
(Use the Send Voice Message trick mentioned above for 2FA code)

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install and follow the steps to install eSIM
