My credit card expires soon, and I went to go change it, but there are no obvious options.
1) Tried to look everywhere in my profile
2) Removed auto pay then tried to re-add it. All that happens, is my old CC was just auto re-added.
Can Public Mobile please add an option to change payment info on the My Profile in the dashboard? The section where you can EDIT everything doesn't have credit card options. It only has Edit Profile | Change Your Password | Change Your Security Question | Change Sim Card | Reset Voicemail Password | Change Number
Changing your CC info should be an easy to locate option, not a hidden one. 😕
Solved! Go to Solution.

Thanks for your reply!

@ekfyee Not sure if you have tried too many times, multiple failed attempts will trigger a Fraud lock on PM side
I suggest you to open ticket with PM to confirm if they need to release the lock and have them assist further:
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble opening ticket with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@ccwhUo56E9RUreg I agree the link is "well-hidden". Many customers have to open a post like yours. i hope PM will make some proper change in the future.

Thanks! I don't understand why it's so hidden. You guys should seriously consider adding that to the Dashboard. It's pretty bad when you need to ask this as a question instead of just easily/conviniently self serving in the dashboard.

@ccwhUo56E9RUreg Yes, you can update your credit card info. and Yes, the option is "well-hidden" unfortunately
Just login to My Account, click Payment tab (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/),
click Manage my card at the bottom and Replace this credit card to update your CC info
** yes, the Mange my card option is a bit hidden and not obvious 😞
