I have a 30 sY plan but would like to change to a 90 day plan in order to get a better rate. Do I have to cancel my 30 day plan in order to do this?

@Jon32 you could try contacting a CS_agent to see if they would allow you to switch to the 90 plan, apparently it's not unheard of but also not something they often agree to, still I think it's worth asking.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

@Jon32, I agree 100%. If you want a plan that is only offered to new customers the only option seems to be porting out your number to another carrier then coming back under a whole new customer setup with new email etc. It's a lot of work and hoops to jump through. Depending on how much your current plan costs PM has been known to send personal offers to existing customers but it seems these offers cost more money than what the customer's current plan costs, so basically upselling them

Yes that I is what I am running into. I don't see the 90 day option for me either. So do I have to cancel my existing plan that pick the same plan as a new customer in order to get the 90 day better rate? That seems very stupid.

@Jon32, I'm quite sure the 90 day plans are only available to new customers. I just had a look in my PM app and I don't have any available to me
