I want to change my plan, after top up, it always shows error occurred, even I tried to log in and out several times. thanks

@deegao2001 - are you trying to change your plan immediately?
Try logging out of your account, then opening a tab in incognito mode (or try a different device).
If your plan is current with active services, then ensure your Available Funds balance has the plan amount or more showing in it.
Then go to "Change Plan Now".
NOTE - in doing this you WILL lose out on the funds already paid in this cycle. There is no prorating amounts already prepaid.
So, to avoid this, you can choose "Change on next bill date", and upon renewal of your next cycle the plan will be changed to what you choose.

if you top up your account will start 30 day for service,
and if do you choose to change plan immediately you lose the money,
i advise you get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)

are you able to logging in to your account once you log in then do the plan change and the add money to that one

close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode,
Change your Plan (publicmobile.ca)
you can choose to change immediately or at your next plan renewal date.
