Hi there,

I want to change my phone but keep the same number. Can i keep the same number if I get an e sim card? How do I do this? Now phone is a galaxy s9 changing to a galaxy s23

Just to clarify,

You will need to download the PM app on your new phone.  Login into your account.  Then purchase an eSIM for $5.  This will then install new eSIM on your new phone.  Your old phone SIM card (or eSIM) will then be deactivated.

download the Public Mobile app to your cell, log in to your account; Change Sim and buy a new esim. You'll keep your number.
