@mg33carrieryou could also try messaging one of the moderators to see if they can change your plan for you? I haven't tried it, but they may be able to help you out if the system is done on our end. Let us know if this works, or if you've finally managed to changed it~

@mg33carrierCan you give us more information? Can you log into your selfserve account? Are you using a desktop browser with all content modifiers eg ad blockers disabled?
