I lost my original email for my account I also need to change the password but old email is not working..How do I do this as its time to top up my account

If this "old email" was associated with a closed account...you'll need a new sim and start a whole new account.
If the old account was unfunded for longer than 90 days...you'll need to start over with a new sim / new email / new account.

@Baileigh : What do you mean "no good"? The email address is just for login purposes. It doesn't actually need to be a valid email address after activation. Of course it's a problem now for a password reset. But if you don't remember your email address or password then you'll need to contact the moderators.
You can also buy a voucher in many stores or online and remit it through the 611 service. Or use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores.

@Baileigh To change email and password on My Account, you have to open a ticket with Mod
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
