@Mama9897 if you meant to change the email address used on the Community, you can do so yourself via My Setting
if you want to change email address used for Self Serve My Account, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support to have them change for you. click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

PM self-serve account uses your email address as the username. Therefore, you need to ask moderator to change your email address.
But you can change your email address on your community account by going to your commun ity account settings.

If you want to change email for your self service account, you will need to contact moderator. If you want to change email for your community forum, you can do it yourself in your community forum profile.
