I am trying to change the credit card used for payment. When I try to login it says:
Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.
I tried to retrieve my password and I get the following message:
Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.
When I try to make a new account I get the following message:
The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here.
So I'm in a viscous circle. Any idea how to login when my phone is associated with an email it can't find? Thank you.

To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to Self-Serve.
Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab,
then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.
Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..

Hi,
I am trying to change my credit card on file for my auto pay. but I am not able to.
I clicked on my account and its blank.
