You can increase butter life engaging battery save mode. You will not see much difference in performance (if any) unless you are heavy gamer.
It all depends how many apps are running in background. If possible I would turn phone during night.
You can return your phone if you bought it from PM, no reason needed. But you have to be aware that any refurbished phone might have the same issue. I doubt they open phone, put new battery and glue it again...

Try the settings on this screen under the device's settings. Adapt them as desired to increase performance.
Also, bear in mind that using a device that is very cold, or very warm (i.e. while charging) can shorten battery life / health.

Most importantly submit a support ticket via Simple--simon or send a private message with the subject line "Request 30 day return/exchange for LG K-32" so that you have hopefully made the request within the 30 day time frame for a hassle free money back guarantee. The 30 days starts from the date of purchase. More info can be found below.....

A 3000 mah battery lasts about 10 hours with average use....which is subjective but stats say the average user spends about 3.5 hours on their phone each day. Look thru your settings for your battery usage and tracking, device maintenance for battery saver options, apps using your battery w/background usage (if your apps are using background data then they are also using your battery) Minimize your screens "stay on" time, brightness level and turn off unnecessary notifications as these all drain your battery.
The app ampere can measure battery health, charging time, discharge etc....to give you an idea of whether your phone's battery is within the normal range of a CPO given its age, model and other factors so that you can judge whether your expectations for how long the battery lasts are within the norm given the size of the battery in your LG K-32. This will also help if you missed the return window and you need to make a warranty claim.

Last month in January has 31 days but the PM return policy is 30 days. Better check you receipt when you purchased it.

As long as you purchased this from Public Mobile and that was less than 30 days ago, please open a ticket to talk to a CSA customer support agent. That can be done by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

When Dunkman asked how much you used the phone during those 10 hours, it's important to note that depending on the type of usage, that can either be poor battery life or it could be excellent battery life. For example, if you're able to get 10 hours of screen time, that's fantastic.

What model phone did you get? It depends on the mAh battery it has inside the phone.

Did you purchase the phone from Public mobile? Which model?
Do you use your phone a lot during that 10 hour period?
