cant receive calls and also cant send txt messages..pls need help

If you asked for a phone number to be transfered to Public Mobile, this means that the number porting process has not been completed. Things will remain like this unitl it is finished. This usually takes a few hours, but sometimes, it can take longer.

@jackyjenayon, are you able to make calls? If so, then there may have been some sort of provisioning problem with the account activation. @jackyjenayon, Unlocked doesn't necessarily mean it is compatible with the Telus network. Depending on the model/where it was purchased, it could be incompatible.
However, are you able to make calls or receive texts? It would be odd if you could receive texts & make calls. Did you port in a number from another provider? How long ago did you activate your SIM card. It could simply be you need to wait a bit longer, especially if you ported in a number. It even depends on where you are porting the number from.

yes just activate recently and my phone is unlocked so meaning it is compatible with any provider

@jackyjenayon, did you just activate a new SIM card, or did you have an account already? If it's a new activation, are you sure your phone is compatible with Public Mobile?
Please provide some additional information.
