cant reactive account

account got suspend  because auto pay didnt work.

now it wont let me change plan and force me to pay old plan amount.

Plan has to be active in order to change it.

So you have to reactivate whatever plan you have and then (if you have extra $$$) change plan Now or schedule plan change on next renewal.

You need reactivate your account first that means you have to pay old plan amount. After you pay it you can change the plan you wish. Remember set to change new plan at renewable date, otherwise you may pay double charges.
