cant log into account no matter what I try

Three years ago I set my granddaughter up with a Public Mobile account. Unfortunately, I did not set up the account  piece of it properly due to a brain injury. Now I have to update the payment information but no matter what I've tried I cant access the account. I also can't seem to talk to a live person, just the chatbot who keeps sending me in circles.

Help!

@cleo66  you should know that there is no live support here.

All online and tickets.

Do you know the email address that was used? Did you try to get the verification code to your email address?

If you have no success, you can use the link below to send a direct message to public mobile.

They will reply back via same messages.

Public Mobile switched it up last year and added EverSafe. Just open a new profile and you'll be fine.
