Hello, i just purchased monthly plan tried to activate from phone app with new PM sim card.

i got an error message to contact support while transferring number .

@Parthiyer101  I sent the number to your community inbox, see either envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope.  Separately, when you get an answer to the ticket you might want to ask them to check if SMS texting is working for you as that may need fixing also.

I am having the exact same issue. just bought a Public Mobile sim - tried activating it and transfering number from Koodo Post-paid, and got an error to contact customer support. I logged a support ticket and I am waiting for a response. Please send me a phone number as well.

@koalacare8686  Check your community private messages inbox in a couple of minutes, I'll send you a phone number to call.  If  it's not the specific porting issue that they can deal with then contact customer service as suggested by @fixin1   You can access your inbox via the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope
