i renewed the 52cad plan with 4g data today but i want to change it to 40cad plan with 3g

Futuredate the plan change tlfor next renewal. Any changes mid plan forefit anything remaining in old plan.
When did you renew. If 1-2 days you might be able to ask mods for good will and get a plan change. By adding funds or getting a balance credit depending on the difference between. Old and new plan

Is your plan currently expired if so you can only renew your old plan. Mods can do a plan change on expired accounts.

Did you activate online or in-store?
If you got a error message during online activation, close your browser and restart again.
Did you port your number to PM during activation?
