@wendymc first thing to make sure that you are trying with the right email address.
If forgot password is not sending you the email then try with any other email id you were using at the time when you created the account.

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

If you've tried many times without success, the system may have locked you out temporarily. Try again after ~1 hr
If not resolved, open a ticket with CS:
Chat with Public Mobile (tiia.ai)
Type "log in" and follow the prompts.

Check your junk or spam mail folder of your email address. Sometimes the reset link is sent and ends up there instead.
