hi I have spent an hour trying to submit a ticket. it says my phone number is not valid even though I am logged in I had an issue with vouchers and I need to get it resolved by tonight. can you help me please so I can submit a ticket it will not validate via text or by logging into my account

some vouchers is take 24 hr to activated.
call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
or
tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

What problem are you having with your vouchers? You can also read thru the info and links in the following post.....
At the bottom you can choose the second option to send a private message to customer support just click on the spoiler in that post for the link.
Did you try more than twice to add one or more vouchers? You must wait one hour before your next two attempts....its easier to add them thru 611.

Try the voucher later today. Vouchers can take time to become valid before they get accepted.

@graybo are you having service with PM now? or you have not pay for the service for sometime? Accounts that have not paid for 90 days since suspension would have been closed permanently
