ran out of minutes. trying to login to add more but cannot get online help and cant receive a callback because im out of canada. what can i do

When did you purchase your 10 DAY US Roaming add on? If 10 days (240 hours) has passed since you first purchased it and it has expired then you can purchase a different US Roaming add on or wait 24 hours to purchase the same add on or contact customer support to add the same add on within that 24 hour waiting period. 

 

As long as you know your 4 digit account pin # you can purchase US Roaming add ons via the 611/IVR system or call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number to access the system. Otherwise contact customer support to regain access to your account.

 

In the meantime download a voip provider on wifi such as textnow or fongo so you can call or text while on wifi (or mobile data). Are you sure your US Roaming add on has expired? Are you connected to at&t or T-Mobile? With the decommissioning of the 3G network in the US you could just be without a network connection to the 3G network in your area. Do you have data? If so use the voip provider suggestion for voice calls

HI @hthew   you probably cannot receive calls because you are in US, not because you out of minute.  You can buy roaming add-ons if you are in US (but if you are elsewhere, there is no roaming service other than US)

 

For now, a quick way to make calls is to get a VoIP app like Fongo or TextNow.  You can make calls using the app as long as you have Wifi.  Give the new VoIP number to your friends so they can reach you

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@hthew Hi if you were out of Canada your phone it’s not going to work unless you were in the US with a roaming package and then you would not run out a minute because it’s unlimited so I don’t quite understand what you mean more info please

Customer service at Public Mobile won't call people back.  Have you tried the password reset optoin?  Also, there isn't any way of running out of minutes while you're roaming. All U.S. roaming options for voice include unlimited calls.
