Changing add-on

Hi,

 

I just bought add-on with 300 long distance minutes and after unsuccessfully calling UK I found out that all the countries I want to call are not supported by this add-on. Is it possible to switch to a different add-on? Thanks.

@khokher1976   Yes, there is a UK specific add-on for the same price

 

If you have not used any of the International Add-on , you can open ticket with PM Support and ask them to change it for you.  They usually can help without problem

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

@khokher1976 Hello yes you can purchase a different add-on and then ask customer service for a refund for the other one you don’t need, you can open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent    Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here:  https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

Thanks for the prompt response. I have access to my account and will use it to open a ticket.
