why am i being told

log in error when i try to submit a ticket

 cannot recieve an SMS message and would not acc

Not a new port . Have had PM for years  just seems to be getting a lot of problems lately

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

 

But before you submit ticket, do you mind to tell if you just ported your number into PM ?  If so, the fix could be easier than open ticket with PM Support.  Let me know
