Customer agent, give back the 25 dollars credit to my account.  At least they are responsible for the add-on error. The agent is helpful.

I went back to Canada already, thank you.

Are you in Alaska @Florakan1 ?

Can you try your PM SIM card in a different device to see if it can connect to available US networks?

@Florakan1 Help us, help you. You gotta give us more than that if you want help. We are just customers, like you. I gave a few suggestions and asked a number of questions to help us narrow down your problem.

Do you have any bars? From your phone do you have your Network Selection set to Automatic? If that isn't working, try to manually connect to T-Mobile. Also try setting your Preferred Network to 4G rather than 5G.

Where are you in the US? Did you purchase a US roaming add-on? If so, which one? Does it include calls, texts, data? All of the above? It needs to say Roaming; international long distance and texting is not the same as roaming. Or do you have a Can/US plan? Is your plan at home active?

What phone are you using?
