Hello,
There are two phone numbers that are being billed to my credit card. It was set-up by a former employee for just 2 months of use but now we can't login to cancel the service. The former employee isn't getting back to us either so we've been billed since August for services that we don't use or need. The service was just for July/August of 2023.
I've tried on the customer service log-in but I don't have log-in info nor does the bot direct me to anyone to speak to.
We need to cancel these two lines asap and would appreciate a refund for unused services if possible!
