I received a text message for a new PM plan opportunity, but instead of hitting delete, I mistakenly said yes to the offer. I do not want to change my plan, how do I correct this error of hitting the wrong key?

login to My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret mode, go to Change Subscription page and you will see a plan change scheduled there and you can hit Cancel

Log in to your account and in your subscription change plan area see if you see that a plan is scheduled for your next renewal. If not then it might be that it didn't work. We heard from someone earlier that intended to get a text offer but then it didn't happen.

@Sara2023 Go into your account subscription add on page . You should see your current plan and upcoming plan change . You then will have option to cancel plan change . Or get support to do it for you
