ported my phone number to Shaw and cancelled service October 29th, 2020 and have still been charged each month to date.

I'm sorry to hear you have continued to be charged for a "ghost account" by the autopay system. This is a very strange bug that happens occasionally when the credit card registered to an account is not removed prior to porting a number to another provider. Contact the moderators as provided above by @esjliv and ask for a refund.
If doing this via private message also provide the following to locate your cancelled account and verify your identity:
The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours during working hours but with non urgent issues be prepared to wait up to 48 hours. Wait times seem to have improved and are back down to a few hours....
Keep an eye on your private message box (the envelope icon) next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little bubble to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

Can you call your credit card company to get the charges to stop?
You are going to have to contact the Moderators to have what ever payment method you have attached removed.
