i have tried to activate my sim, no way possible, and there is NO signal either. So please cancel my account

@JV2006 , please don’t give up yet. Try @hTideGnow suggestion to reboot your phone & reset network settings. That fixes a few issues. If it doesn’t use the link that was provided to send a private message to a CS_Agent for help.

please work with CS agent first and should be able to make it work.. You can submit ticket here:

But also, try to reboot the phone first, then click Reset all networks
If still not working, try your sim on a different phone
