Can't update credit card in website under the payment section - info will not enter. Is there a way to do it without downloading the app?

you said cannot update credit card, do you not see the page to update or it gave you some update error? Mind to show us some screenshot of what you got?

Thank you, I have filed a ticket and trying to get somewhere, but they really don't seem to want to help just asking same questions in 100 different ways and going around in circles. If not resolved by today I will be changing providers. This is beyond frustrating. Sucks as I have been with them for many years and the phone service is great...

Sorry to hear about your troubles. If you still want to try, in the PM app, clicl on the Payment tab on the bottom, then scroll down and you should see Update card information tab. Click on that tab and you should be able to change your credit card information.
As for the website, it is finicky and you can try a different web browser, or a different device itself.
You can also contact customer service agent (PM employee).

Well I have done everything that has been suggested here and anything I found online. I have downloaded that app and there is no my account section on there, I did the work arounds that everyone suggested and still can't change my credit card information. Guess I will be going to a different provider given I can't update it and my subscription is ending on the 12th. It's too bad the site is so terrible as the phone service itself is great. Sad to leave but at this point there is no other option....
