As I read in Community many, many customers have the same issue and PM does not care. This is really shameful situation and management should fix this ASAP or people will start leaving PM more and more.

I would also try on the PM app and go to Payment tab at the bottom of the page and then click on Update Card Information.

hi @Angela_lyq there has been lots of payment problem.. Wait an hour and try again or some said to wait 24 hours
try on both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and the Public Mobile app.
