I cannot make calls, link to reset password is not being sent to my email!!!! Frustrated beyond belief

This is for my son’s account. It told him he does not have an active plan. He could not login to his account and has been unable to reset his password. I purchased a prepaid card so that he could use his phone again but he still cannot access his account to update his payment method.

Are you just starting with PM or been here a while? If you dial 611 does it say your active or phone service is cut off for non payment? Did you port over from another service provider??
