ok i signed up for public mobile went and tried to download app but could not get it done on phone because i cant get app on my phone but my tablet supports it but it locks me out and i already payed for service

@Leonard_Giles was that email used with other PM account setup before?
Try Forgot Password and see if you can reset it
If not, message PM support and have them to investigate further:

just tried to sign in on tablet says email and password does not match

the tablet should be good enough to complete the step for you with the app. just uninstall and reinstall the app and see

have not got that far yet because my phone does not support Public Mobile my phone only supports Ios7

did you ever get to the port to pick a phone number or choose to port in number?
if you are not even there and you got locked out, try to uninstall the app and reinstall and see if it works
if not, you probably need support to sort it out for you
