My public mobile account is being heavily charged for mobile data use when I am at home and only connected to the internet via wifi. How do I get this fixed?

Turn Data OFF when you are at home is a start.
Take a look at this posting. Even if not an iPhone, it is full of good information.

PM data usage are mostly tracked accurately. And each data you see is a total usage between that time stamp and the timestamp of the previous data entry
and are you on Android, best is to also check the data usage page on your phone. Just make sure you change the Satrt Billing Cycle date to match your current PM cycle start date

@heavychevy409 PM updates usage 2x a day . For the past 12 hour usage so at times it may appear as thou you’re using it over night when asleep but it’s just the past 12 hours usage being updated . But check your account like this
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
For most up to date account info

@heavychevy409 - are you looking at your My Account in the usage and remaining balance, this would be the best place to go by.
OR, you are looking at your device data usage? Sometimes people get the data usage confused with the wifi usage on their devices. Also the dates need to be aligned with the plan start date. Which is every 30 days, so may need to adjust every renewal.
