can't log a ticket through simon,
in the chatbot he asks me to click the link to create a ticket, then im asked to sign in to my community. And it just says error.
I can reset my community password either.

@johnrathnampost your issues here first.. probably will save youlots of time..
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
