i tried to create my account but i couldn't , i tried to submit a ticket for that reason and still i couldn't submit the ticket as well .
any clear step to do so ?

@Bahjaaa hi if you activated on line you already have an account set up ,use the email you signed up with and try forgot password , if that doesn't help
