can't create my account , and can't submit ticket

i tried to create my account but i couldn't , i tried to submit a ticket for that reason and still i couldn't submit the ticket as well . 

 

any clear step to do so ?

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, and tried to submit ticket it's will be works

 

or contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to create account.

@Bahjaaa hi if you activated on line you already have an account set up ,use the email you signed up with and try forgot password , if that doesn't help
