According to their "Contact Us" page: https://www.bmo.com/home/popups/global/contact
There is a direct (non-toll free) number you can try calling directly as well:
(416) 286-9992 or (514) 877-0330
Might be more reachable if the toll-free systems are too busy.

Im not sure that it's pubic mobile problem actually. They seem to accept all the VoIP calls and some cell calls. It may be on their side too
Fido didn't go through but my pm went through this time, still didn't hear from the other pm account.
So I'm not sure that moderators can help with it.

I couldn't reach it from VoIP landline two different public mobile phones one Fido phone TextNow and fongo.
Home VoIP fongo and TextNow connect without even ringing once. TextNow and home VoIP get English response, fongo call is answered in French. None of them rang, just answer
Public mobile cellphones get very fast busy signal, Fido cell just disconnects.
Can you also ask your family and friends with different providers to test it out?
If it's only pubic mobile we should contact them and let them know. My Fido relative will try couple more times every 30 mins and let me know. I'll let you know
Thanks
@totalUser Other public customers have already stated that they were able to get through. Post from above:

@senbabala Call 1-844-837-9228
I get busy signal when I dial both BMO numbers from my PM phone.
But I get through both numbers using my freephoneline.ca (also known as Fongo) ATA home phone.
I think the problem originated from PM or mobile toll free calling in general

@senbabala Nothing wrong with Public Mobile or your account. That number is overloaded so it's hit or miss. Fast busy or get through as other already have mentioned in this post. So your only option is to keep trying.

Wait until bank is open then call the BMO in your city for a valid CS number.
