HELP PLEASE!!!!
I forgot to update my credit card info and when the November payment failed they closed my account and froze me out. I can't phone anyone. I need to give someone my new credit info and be able to access my account again

Yes, it looks like. But it just shows how much we become dependent on technology. I am sure 80% of people will go into cardiac arrest if you take phones and social network from them. Without Internet - 95%.
Fortunately my pigeon carriers are well taken care of and I can stay in touch with the world without any issues. LOL!

Walmart is YMMV. I suggest calling one's local Walmart to confirm if they still sell pm vouchers. Since the cell phone counter in Walmart are contracted out each one has the option to decide whether or not to continue offering the sale of pm vouchers.

Why are you calling site failure - 'maintenance'? This is site crash and PM is working hard to fix it since early morning.
It clearly says on Announcement on first Community page. Don't sugarcoat major issue.

You can purchase a voucher at your local Telus/Koodo store or at these locations if you need service right away:
But not Walmart.

Your account is Not closed! It is just suspended due to no pay.
Unfortunately Nobody can log in through web site due to issues PM has since today's morning.
Try if possible, to purchase voucher and add funds and restart service calling 611 (if it works).

For now you can purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone or from recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.
