@eyye - how long ago did you order the Public Mobile sim card with Public. It is said that it normally takes 7-10 working days. If over this time period see @dust2dust 's first post to submit a ticket to Public Mobile customer support to inquire.

Be aware that SIM normally come in through regular Canada Post letter mail. So it is dependant on the mail system; which I will say is pretty good in general. But who knows how long Public Mobile takes to receive the SIM order, and actually 'gets up and goes to pick it from the shelf' then, post it in the mail. This could be the factor for why it takes so long sometimes. 

Yes ordering online from here is sad. Yet somehow others get a sim in a few days. I don't know why some take so long. Odd addresses? Wrong address? Porch pirates?

Click on the Pick up a SIM card link down below and find a store near you and go buy one rather than wait for delivery. Contact support anyway to find out why it hasn't arrived. Maybe they'll refund you or something.
