Download the Public Mobile app, or log into My Account..My Rewards for checking and managing your phone numbers/ accounts and checking Public Points information.

Can you login to your pm account? If so then go to the rewards page in each account and they will be listed there.

You may find this thread helpful but keep in mind there is no longer a separate login page for your rewards account.
