Is normal data working on your phone.
Are you using iPhone?

@john-jds59-2 let us know if SMS (regular text) or MMS (Picture text) are both working or just one of them working
And you know if you are using SMS or iMessage or RCS? You can tell from the colour of it :

Yup @hTideGnow
Glad you pointed that out for @BKNS27 & @john-jds59-2
Even if you have no data remaining on your account, you can still send and receive MMS, as long as your data is toggled "on".

Hi @john-jds59-2 If MMS, you need to make sure Mobile Data is turned on. But SMS does not need Mobile Data, so, if your SMS is not working too, it is something else
@BKNS27 MMS needs data turned on but does not really affected by whether data is used up for the month yet., ie, you can still send MMS even you used up all your data

Login to your Self Serve account on the amount of data is left in your monthly plan. Also make sure your cellular data is enabled to send MMS.
edited by computergeek541: clarification to reflect that a customer doesn't need any remaining data to use MMS

@john-jds59-2 did you try putting your SIM in another phone?
Are you sure you are sending regular SMS or MMS and not iMessage or RCS? Try to turn on Mobile Data and see if you see any difference.

Make sure you're data is toggled "on"
If this doesn't work, try switching to 3G in your network connections, then try again.
