can not receive incoming calls

It has been two days since I noticed that I can not receive phone calls. I tried to restart my phone. It worked for a night. The second day, I could not receive incoming calls again. Could anyone tell me what was happening?

you are not new activation, so, it must be phone or the network.  what phone do you have?

try to reboot the phone

if you have another phone around , test the sim card there

And try changing the network mode to 3G on your phone and test incoming and outgoing under 3G
