I could not call 611.
I could not reach them. I can not use my service ! !!!

611 also wasn't working for me as it usually does....
I just tried it again and it's working now and I was able to make the payment.
Maybe try it now.

I would like to add $10 voucher to 611.

@Miguel27, if you are not a legacy customer (have plan that predates January 27, 2015) 611 does not get you to customer service. Can you explain further what your problem is and the community might be able to assist with getting you up and running again.
