Hello again,
If you're set on leaving, and if you have enabled auto pay in your account, make sure that you delete your credit card number from your online account to ensure that you are not charged for a 30 day billing cycle when you no longer wish to receive any PM service.

Hi sarah,
PM is prepaid, not post-paid. There are no bills to be paid. There is no contract to be signed. there is no credit check to be passed before becoming a customer.
Simply put, you either renew your plan at the START of the 30-day billing cycle, or you let it lapse for 91 days, at which time your account is deactivated, and your profile is deleted from the computer system as if you were never a client of the company.

How come credit rating will not be affected? On the surface it will appear like i am just not paying my credit card for 3 months?

May I ask why you are thinking of cancelling your plan with PM?

Hello,
If you go 91 or more days without renewing your plan, your profile will be deleted from the computer system as if you had never been a client. Your credit rating will not be affected.
