I just bought a new SIM card transferred to my Iphone XS Max and I transferred my phone number over from my other service provider. All phone calls made to me go straight to voicemail and it doesn't ring on my phone. Text doesn't work either. I can't call out.
Do you think my number hasn't been ported over yet?
Who should I be contacting?

I had the same problem of phone calls going to voicemail, and texts not being received. For me the solution was very simple: turn off airplane mode.

open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it out.

I think they open at 9am. Although you can call now but you won't get to talk to live support. So, wait till tomorrow

@53Michael can you make outgoing calls?? did you reply Yes to a text send from your previous provider asking for your permission to port?? I am afraid the porting was not completed. Call yje porting support tea for porting status tomorrow morning ( they are closed now) I will send you the number to your Community inbox.
