calling within province but says its international

I just switched to public mobile a week ago. I have the 15$ plan and I can receive all calls but when I try to make a call it says I don't have an international add-on... What's going on? I'm suppose to have 100 minutes of province-wide minutes.

@markmaxed   For the limited mins plan, it's a really good idea to get the $5/500 Canada wide mins for the times you use up your plan mins before renewal resets everything, plus those mins allow for calling to other provinces with the restrictions on calls being province wide only for the latest version of $15 plan.  Also any unused mins from the add-on will roll over every cycle until depleted.

@markmaxed

You could then purchase a $5 Canada wide long distance add on for 500 minutes.  Unused minutes do roll over to next month.  An excellent add on for the $15 plan.

 @markmaxed : Yeah it's only an hour and 40. The $5 500 minute add-on at a penny a minute is a great add-on for this plan. And that's 8 and 20.

Check if number is being dialed correctly. If a number is dialled like +6041234567, it won't work as it needs to be like 6041234567, 16041234567, or +16041234567

Did outgoing calls work before?  Or never has worked.

What about text and data?

If it worked before for outgoing calls and now does not work, it is possible that you used up your 100 provincial wide minutes.  Check your self service account to see whether you see the 100 minute tracker in your Data and Add ons section.
