if you have not used any of the minutes,  try to open ticket and  ask for the credit back 

to open ticket with CS

thank you for your response. although the information which you mentioned is available on the website, in the page where introduce the plans doesn't mention! only says international long distance, it's good to add a link or refer customer to another page for more and detail information.

I'm sure you will get a refund.  Most of this information is available on the website.  Use the search bar or ask a question before you buy something.

@RezaNB The 300 international long distance minutes package doesn't include Iran. You can try to contact CS_Agent for refund:

@RezaNB  Unfortunately it isn’t possible to call Iran using PM .. even with an addon… Iran isn’t included in the available countries
